Differences
There are some essential differences between the manga and the anime for the Aquarius Saint.
Talking about the most obvious one, the aspect, in the manga Masami Kurumada choice to make him have crimson red hair even the the lightblue one of the anime. The choice to change the color in the anime probably came from the fact that a saint that uses ice tecniques with such a fire color could sound strange. However the original Camus have red hair, probably he did this choice to makes more clear the fact that he was of a different nationality then the other saints. There is also the peculiarity that people with natural red hair are very rare to be found, so I assume that the choice could be made also to make the Saint special and different from his comrades, a bit like Hyoga that is the only Bronze Saint with blond hairs.
But the differences between anime and manga aren't only releated on the aspect that Camus assume but also in his way to interact and express himself during the plot. In the manga camus is very cold and mature, he seem to complain a lot of the justice more then his owne disciple, in countrary in the anime the force of the feelings that he proves for his disciple is so strong and deep, that strong that he forget is role of temple guardian to fight with him. The manga show a Camus cold as the ice that he rappresent, to much sometimes. Probably for this reason in the anime the authors choice to show some human feelings from him even if they could seem not good one, but this is just a proof that he is a human and that Camus proves feelings like all the saints. In the end the true good feelings that he kep in his heart were revealed with his death, an human death where he think of what he did until the end and complaining about his whole life.
